Cutter and Gun Life Tracking

Overview

The Cutter and Gun Life Tracing program is a Windows 98/NT program that provides a real-time data display and monitor of remote welder tip dress cutters and gun operation life cycle.

The program will scan all the active WSS computes and read the current Total Weld and Total Dress counters for each Welder and Tip Dressers to schedule repair Gun and Tip Dresser based on a preset threshold. The program will also produce a “Repair Report” that list the Guns and Tip Dress Cutters that have been schedule for repair.

Printer Reports

§         History Report - provides both the Welder and Tip Dress Cutter report information. This report follows the same format as the WGV Weld Gun Tool Report and can be add to that report.

§         Repair Report - list the guns and tip dressers that have been schedule for repair.

	Summary Total Dress Counter Report - reports of all the Tip Dressers repair and counter reset operations for all the active Tip Dressers.
	Summary Total Welder Counter Report - is a report of all the Welder repair and counter reset operations for all the active Welders.
